This beautifully restored and historically significant home is considered to be a landmark in Mission Hills. There were several challenges with this installation. The first challenge was the city of San Diego’s restriction of alteration of historically significant buildings. In addition, there was very limited roof space, shading from old growth trees, and older electrical wiring not suitable for a simple solar electric system. By choosing very high-powered, attractive LG brand panels and Enphase micro inverters, all these challenges were met and successfully overcome.
