Our client Pacifica Companies purchased an upscale senior living facility which consists of several single story buildings. However, Pacific Gas and Electric has very strict rules about disconnect requirements, and was refusing to allow Pacifica to install solar power without significant trenching and other cost prohibitive measures. We were able to negotiate with Pacific Gas and Electric to modify requirements and provide the owner with both cost savings and the green energy they wanted to provide.
